Wataru Ebihara
Born in the Midwest, I migrated west to Southern California. A portion of my poetic inspiration arises from my ethnic heritage (as a 3rd-generation Japanese American), but also from interests in nature, science, and technology. I enjoy sharing my writing, and appreciate feedback.
Some of my poems have appeared in printed form - in the Rafu Shimpo (Memorial Day), the dISorient Journal 5 (Night Visions on Interstate 10), the Moon Rabbit Review (Reflecting on Names), and Keep It Going... Pass It On: Poetry Inspired by the Manzanar Pilgrimage (Manzanar Scorpions). Nikkei Uncovered, an online poetry column has recently published Algorithm Re-Design and Smell of the Rain.
The name of this home page "WEb Poetic" comes from my initials (WEb).
